Chris has been a longtime resident of Naples. He moved with his family to Naples from Philadelphia, PA in 1980.  Earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Florida State University (1992) paved the way for a Masters in Business Administration from Mercer University (1995).  He then moved to California to obtain his Law Degree at California Western School of Law (1998). While in law school Chris was active in trial advocacy, business and telecommunications law.  He interned at the San Diego Public Defender’s Office and with the Office of General Counsel-Bell Atlantic Corp. in Philadelphia, PA. With sunny Southwest Florida calling him home, he moved back to Naples with his wife, Madi, to raise their three daughters and continue his career in law.

Over 20 years later, after periods of both entrepreneurship and practicing law, Chris started Cona Law PLLC to establish lasting relationships with his Real Estate, Business and Estate Planning clients through practical, economical and innovative legal counsel.  Chris is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Collier County Bar Association.

Madi Cona is a native Neapolitan who settled back into Naples life 20+ years ago with her attorney husband, Chris. Madi found relief from the hectic hustle and bustle of raising three young children when a friend produced a chance to become an entrepreneur. Little did she know that would open doors to many more opportunities where she was able to fine tune her skills in marketing, business operations and development, and interpersonal relationships in a rapidly changing, internet-based world. Now, having embarked on a journey to grow a family business, she is utilizing those skills to maintain the accounting and organization of Cona Law.

After living in both Jacksonville, FL and Nashville, TN, Regen Cona returned to Naples to be closer to her family and become more involved in the family business. The second oldest child in the family, Regen has found that she is passionate about the services that Cona Law provides and wants to pursue her career in the real estate world. She now uses her organizational and customer service skills to assist in real estate transactions, and has aspirations to work in title insurance in the future.

Olivia, born and raised in Naples, has experience in customer service, marketing, and social services, and completed her Masters degree in Social Work at the University of Georgia in 2022. After working as a school social worker, she is now using her skills in social media and website management as Cona Law’s marketing manager from her home in Lakeland, FL, where she lives with her husband and young daughter.
